Warranties & Returns


1337 offers a 1 year warranty on parts/labor and support for the life of your PC. If the issues reported are found to be the fault of 1337 we will also credit you for the cost of shipping the PC to our shop.

We also offer free upgrade services for the life of your PC. If you bring or ship your PC to our shop we will install individual components for you. This excludes PCs that contain custom open water loops and complete platform upgrades (motherboard). Need to use your warranty?

Please contact us to receive instructions on how to redeem your warranty. We will first communicate back and forth to determine if warranty work is required, then if needed, 1337 will provide shipping instructions.


In order to return your PC it has to be 1)be within the first 30 days of your order 2) have system issues of some kind, not including damages that occurred during shipping. 1337 will provide a full 100% refund on the price of the computer once the unit has arrived back to our shop and we have confirmed the issues to be hardware related. Shipping costs, from 1337 to the customer and from the customer to 1337 are not refunded. If any damage occurs during shipping 1337 will work with you to fix the PC as soon as possible and will cover return shipping once fixed. Any damages or missing items will also have a fee deducted from the final credit.
